Reflection on Research Proposal
                                                               Proposal Reflection
            Writing the research proposal helped me in many ways and I also adapted many skills that 

were used to create it. First I formatted a thesis, but it was in a form of a question. My thesis is what 

my essay would be about. Then, when it came to doing research for the proposal I had to look for 

different types of evidence to support my sources. In this phase of my report, I looked at different 

databases and determined that JSTOR was the best database to use because it contained a lot of 

journal articles that were related to HIV/AIDS. Besides this, I also looked at news articles, medical 

articles and science reports. More interestingly I found a TIME article that depicts a picture of how 

HIV/AIDS has been shown by the media. I will be using these various types of evidence to support 

my research.

             To conclude my research I believed that doing this proposal has helped by aiding as an 

outline for the final research report. Now that I know what I am going to write about and what 

sources I will use for the final research report, I just have to incorporate these ideas and provide 

sophisticated analysis. Another object I need to accomplish is to provide enough analyzation and 

evidence for the controversy around the topic. If I can accomplish these objects, I will be successful 

in writing this research report. Overall, I believe that my topic has a lot of sources incorporated and 

solutions are also provided.
